Class Schedule

All new clients are required to take at least one private session before entering a group class.

Pilates Essentialencompasses a wide range of styles from classical,the chiball methode to contemporary Pilates class.

Pilates Flow – with props ( Magic circle, Toning Balls & Roller )

         Gentle Pilates: is taught in a slower pace, perfect for those recover from injuries.

Flow – S.V.P . * Stability, Versatility, Precision* Garuda (based on the Garuda method), continuous flow of each exercise series also provides a cardiovascular workout

        Yoga and Slings in Motion: helps with relieving all kinds of tension and has a positive effect on the nervous system and brain. Inspired by Slings Myofascial Training® by art of motion®.

        Slings in Motion Pilates: This specific Training (Slings Myofascial Training®) will improve your posture, release tension in your body, increase of flexibility, tissue hydration, body and movement awareness. Inspired by Slings Myofascial Training® by art of motion®.

All classes are 60 minutes in duration.
