The Heart, Joy and Soul Retreats

The Heart, Joy and Soul Retreats are designed for you to have fun, and enjoy the blooming of new friendships.

You’ll get the opportunity to slow down, recharge and completely nourish your soul. The Retreat team will guide you to learn lasting practices for self-care.

Our retreats can be a single day or 3 to 4 overnight sessions, catering for your needs on many levels.

We take care of everything so you only need to focus on relaxing.

The retreats are based upon the foundation of inspirational Mindful movements and are co- hosted with spiritual mentors, business mentors and holistic practitioners like Reiki and crystal healers. This means that you have choice in following your interests with experts.

Everyone is well cared for, from the complete beginner to the more experienced practitioner. Lots of individual attention to adjustments  and explanation is given.  Yoga and massage props for Myofascial Release are often used and many variations of the postures are taught so people can practice with ease and awareness.

Our next Wellbeing Health Retreat in July 2024 and October 2024 is a great option if you’re looking to bring a sense of balance to your life. Stay tuned for more updates!

  • Master class Seasonal Therapeutic Chi Ball Method & Trigger Point Release

    The 100 Minute Master class is an indulgent experience of presence, movement tailored for season summer.

    What to expect:

    A holistic Mind Body Movement Practice (Accessible for all levels and abilities) & A guided meditation

    In this workshop we will be exploring topics like:

    Seasonal therapeutic Chi Ball exercises & CHI BALL DANCE: Balance Yin and Yang. combined with

    Pilates & Trigger Point Therapy.

    The benefits are: Improved circulation, reduced tension and stress. Improved mobility, flexibility and increased energy levels.

    Light Refreshments, raw treats and fruit platter will be provided.
