The upcoming retreat will offer our participants a serene and healing environment at Amara Retreat, with a backdrop of Peregian Beach.
It is a private facility of 44 acres with the beautiful Noosa Hinterland. It offers stunning 180 degrees views to the North across to Noosa. It is a purpose built sanctuary where the hosts have spared no effort to ensure that guests of like mind can fully enjoy the facilities.
It is a perfect nurturing and soul fulfilling healing retreat where your body and mind can revitalize and reclaim overall wellbeing, while participating in the wonderful practices of Pilates and Somatic Movement Practice. There will be a crafting workshop, and a workshop on Optimizing your Well Being in Spring, lead by our Naturopath who lives locally. As well there will be Meditation and Hypnotherapy, Pellowah Healing and Massages.
Our Retreats offer you to the chance to immerse yourself in daily movement practice, wellness and healing. We focus on creating a sanctuary where you experience deep relaxation, nourishing body, mind and soul, empowering you to integrate wellness on all levels, in your daily life.

The Essence
Claudia Buehrer is a certified Pilates Practitioner and Slings Myofascial Training Practitioner. Claudia has been teaching Movement for 15 years. She is the founder of Create Movement and an experienced and professional Movement Teacher, Pellowah Healer and Certified Crystal Therapist. She has been running Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Release workshop/ master classes for the past 9 years. She is also a women’s retreat facilitator. Claudia supports her clients with therapeutic transformative practice for body and mind, a truly informed, warm, down to earth teaching approach.

Claudia's fun - loving energy is ever present as she creates an environment that fuses her passion for the body and love of movement for with a raw playfulness.
