Update on notifying me of cancellation:

Please give 12hours notice if you can’t make it to the class. For cancellation later than 12 hours for private and duet sessions or assessment, a cancellation fee will be applied, unless you are able to reschedule and confirm fully within a week.

Late cancellation group classes (12 hours notice) 50% of the class session.

The new policy is a part of my current business set up as I face paying hire- fees per term. It is in line with current practice.

Please bear in mind that the class passes on offer at Create Movement are now more user friendly.

There is 15 week validation on a group class pass for 10 sessions from the date of purchase. This is very generous and you don’t lose any sessions, I understand, of course, that there can be unforeseen circumstances, and I am happy to accommodate everyone. Just be mindful of the 12 hours cancellation.
