For many years I have taken time and effort to teach clients in private settings and group classes and I have run workshops about the core, centre, myofascial core, powerhouse or whatever word suits the situation best.
Pilates and other forms of therapy sessions
Over the years I learned as a teacher of movement, providing crystal and pellowah therapy, being a student of spiritual practice and reiki, and as a spiritual being, investing in myself, in my studies and work and my own healing process has been an magical and fulfilling experience. It has made be a better person to understand my students, and it is the mind, body and spirit form that attends Movement classes.
